    ITG offers unique support of both Apple and PC networks as part of the same support offering. Qualified systems builders and Apple certified, MCSE and Watchguard certified engineers are responsible for the high quality of system building and network integration offered by ITG. Fast and skilful resolution of any IT related problem gives our customers a high value for money service.

    Instead of waiting for the worst to happen we can organise a regular Network and Computer Health Check. You can either pay for this as you use us or use your accumulated units of time. Dependant on the size and complexity of your network we can recommend monthly or quarterly site visits. Our engineer runs a check list for security, software updates, performance issues and we then produce a report outlining our recommendations. We have found that regular health checks will reduce the amount of support time required and your IT costs.

    Flexible Support

    Because we don't tie our clients down to a contract we must remain responsive and efficient to our customers needs. You only pay for the time you use which is both flexible and cost effective. The monthly unit billings do not expire and can be carried over and accrued for use for Health Checks and specific projects.

    We believe the new network model for today's companies should not be a fire fighting, trouble-shooting outfit waiting for the worst to happen. Instead we believe an IT Support Company should have a deeper knowledge of business practice, and have a strategic planning role.

    ITG take ownership of your support issue - we do not pass the blame we work on the resolution logging our progress as we proceed to enable full reporting at the end of each month to our clients.
